MOSCOW -- Russia has decided to downgrade diplomatic relations with Estonia to the level of charge d'affaires in retaliation of Estonia's move to reduce Russian embassy staff.

TEHRAN -- Iran on Sunday urged South Korea to release its frozen assets and slammed the Asian country for its "unsatisfactory" cooperation in repaying debts.

NEW DELHI -- Four people were killed and at least six others injured after a crane crashed during a temple festival in the southern Indian state of Tamil Nadu, officials said Monday.

LOS ANGELES -- The suspect of the California mass shooting on Saturday night was found dead in another city of what authorities believe was a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
